E4 E-Stings Research

This E4 ident has been created using CGI and animation digitally created using computer graphics and software. The ident has being designed around the game pac man and mimics what happens in a tradition game.  The game board has being designed around the E4 logo as we see the two game characters quickly move around the 4 almost as though it were a maze as the camera slowly begins to zoom out allowing the audience to see it is the outline of the E4 logo. Again all the colours used in the ident are connotations of the logo sticking with the purple and white theme. Colour rendering has bin introduced as not all of the colours are 100% opaque some are matte yet some are shiny and transparent designed to look like neon lite strobe lights. The logo appears to be sat on the top of a modern high rise building. This ident is very effective as it has used the theme of pac man and combined the two together to create one outcome and idea. This ident will particularly appeal to pac man fans also it is a modern vibrant ident that introduces old and new. The sound tarck particularly enhances the action on screen and makes the ident appear like a game as the monotonous sound continues throughout each time the character appears to eat the lights.
